Vehicle Message Boards
Variable Message System+ (VMS+) is a Ragehook Plugin by PNWParksFan that allows you to control the message boards in Grand Theft Auto V. It also comes with three trucks and a trailer with message boards. VMS+ allows you to display different messages and arrows on the boards to help direct traffic.
Variable Message System+ is currently a work in progress and is in beta testing. If you are interested in using this truck and plugin, you can get early access to it by joining the Parks Benefactor Program:
